Juicing

I am new to juicing so I've decided to share my juicing experience via this website and youtube.

I'll create the video's as I progress in my journey and work to make it interesting.

To start off, I'm using a 30 day challenge program which allows me to try a lot of different recipes. I'm not pursuing this to become a vegetarian, I just want to be a healthy as I can and try new foods.

I'm not much on new vegetables so this is going to be interesting.

Gentle Red Recipe:
- Apples - 4 medium (3" dia) 728g
- Cabbage (red) - 1/4 head, small (4" dia) 141.75g
- Lime - 1 fruit (2" dia) 67g
Directions:
Juice all these without removing the peal.
 Beet Boost Recipe:
- Apples - 2 medium
- Beet Root - 1
- Ginger Root - small thumb (12g)
- Carrots - 4 (medium)
- Cucumber - 1/2 (large)
- Celery - 3 large stalks
Directions:
Rinse and juice all ingredients.  Remove the stem end of the carrots to prevent ingesting mold.
Green Thing Recipe:
- Apples - 4 granny smith
- Celery - 3 stalks
- Lemon - 1 (peeled)
- Kale - 2 leafs (optional)
- Spinach - 4 cups
Directions:
Rinse and juice all ingredients. Remove the stem end of the carrots to prevent ingesting mold.
Morning Blend Recipe:
- Apples - 2 granny smith; 1 pink lady
- Celery - 3 stalks
- Orange - 1 peeled; 1 with peel
Directions:
Rinse and juice all ingredients.
